In 2001 Deane Mark Auto Electrical started in Otorohanga, shortly after, Deane opened up a second shop in Te Awamutu.
In 2007 Conrad started with Deane as an apprentice. Fast forward to 2017, Conrad becomes a half owner with Deane.
Seeing the trade change over the past few years and constantly wanting to be better, in 2019 Deane Mark Auto Electrical Limited acquired Auto Super Shoppe Te Awamutu (formerly Maurice Thomson Motors), which has been in operation since 1980. Which joined the Auto Super Shoppe Group in 2007 and completed a full rebrand in 2014.
In 2019 We embarked on building a new premise and combining the two businesses under one roof to be known as Auto Super Shoppe Te awamutu.
We moved into the new purpose built premises in November 2020.
In 2021 Conrad acquired the rest of the company and has continued to grow the business to what it is today, keeping up with technology advancements, staff training, all while enjoying all the twists and turns that come with being the Managing Director.
